Job order contract at Deveselu airbase, Romania

The scope of work is as follows: furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform renovations, repairs, maintenance, replacements, alterations, demolition, and NAVFAC construction category II, III, and IV tasks under this Fixed-Price job order contract (JOC). Work will be performed within the NAVFAC Romania geographic area of responsibility. The contract will expire upon reaching the five-year contract duration or the 20 M USD ceiling.
