New logistic building construction (building D) within the economical area named "Macroarea T2" in Piacenza

Construction of a building for logistics / commercial use for a renown electronics company. The building's area is 100,000 square meters. The scope of work includes the construction of the complete building: - Vibrated Reinforced Concrete and Precast Reinforced Concrete pre-fabricated structures on shallow foundations, - internal finishings such as industrial heavy payload floors, with high flow performance and loading / unloading points completed with electrohydraulic platforms and isothermic portals. - mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems such as firefighting system, lighting system, low current systems and power installation. The external areas of the building are about approximately 50,000 square meters for cargo handling on asphalt/concrete. Total intervention area 160,000 square meters.
