Restoration and requalification of the former ice production center "La Rotonda"

Structural and functional renovation and architectural and technological requalification in the former ice-production plant called "La Rotonda" within the city warehouse complex in Verona. The classification of the building will change and be split into "commercial" (4,587 sqmt), "services" dedicated to the renown restaurant "Eataly" (3,712 sqmt), and "offices" with meeting rooms, and a museum. The general layout has been proposed by arch. Mario Botta and approved by the Superintendence of Archeology, Fine Arts and Landscape. Overall surface covered 17,100 sqmt. Currently a contract for 6,400,000 € has been signed, the remaining contract value will be assigned at a later stage.
