The projects includes the architectural and functional requalification of the complex, encompassing all the MEP systems and the general layout. The complex will be rated 4 star superior. The hotel has 173 rooms of various areas, including four penthouses at the 13th floor, and meeting rooms, lobbies, spa and wellness facilities and a restaurant. Overall area : 18.200 m2
