Logistics building construction in ardea, rome

Construction of a logistics hub for large-scale distribution of approximately 40,000 m2 in the town of Ardea, in the city of Rome.

The building is fully heated and air-conditioned to ensure 24-hour operation.

BIM is used in the design, construction and maintenance phases.

The building, designed with a view to reducing the environmental impact, once completed will obtain Breeam Excellent certification.
