RESTORATION AND CONSOLIDATION WORKS CONNECTED WITH THE TUNNEL ASSESSMENT THROUGHOUT THE NATIONAL TERRITORY

Corrective manintenance activity of the highway tunnels. The interventions covered by this contract include:

A. Supply and installation of safety devices such as stainless steel nets and / or corrugated sheets and any drains;

B. Restoration of gaps in the tunnel lining (thicknesses up to 40 cm) by removing cortical layers of the vault, laying a structural mesh and restoring with gunite, spritz-beton or concrete or cavity filling interventions possibly associated with repairs of shortages (thicknesses up to 40 cm) of the tunnel lining;

D. Consolidation interventions of potentially unstable cracks, lesions and wedges in the tunnel lining;

E. Armor and / or reinforced sub-arch interventions with ribs;

F. Restoration of concrete cover and reinforcement (thicknesses up to 20 cm) by removing cortical layers of the vault or piers, treatment of reinforcement with passivating and restoration with reinforced gunite or spritz-beton;

G. Interventions for filling cavities possibly associated with interventions to restore the thickness of the coating or interventions for consolidation of crack patterns;

H. Interventions of reconstruction of the segment;

I. Complementary interventions.
