Principali responsabilità:
• Coordinarsi con l’Ingegnere/Supervisore prima di iniziare i lavori di installazione e assicurarsi che tutti i disegni e documenti siano aggiornati e approvati.
• Verificare i materiali necessari, controllare le scorte disponibili e informare in anticipo l’Ingegnere/Supervisore di eventuali carenze o necessità di approvvigionamento.
• Garantire che tutti i materiali consegnati in cantiere rispettino le specifiche di progetto e gli standard qualitativi.
• Rispettare rigorosamente tutte le normative in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente.
• Eseguire l’installazione dei sistemi HVAC, inclusi apparecchi come ventilconvettori (FCU), ventilatori di estrazione (EF) e batterie di riscaldamento (HC), nonché canalizzazioni e accessori correlati, riducendo al minimo lo spreco di materiali.
• Effettuare prove di pressione, ispezioni e messa in servizio degli impianti installati per garantirne il corretto funzionamento.
• Fornire aggiornamenti giornalieri sullo stato di avanzamento lavori all’Ingegnere/Supervisore.
• Coordinarsi efficacemente con le altre maestranze presenti in cantiere per evitare interferenze e garantire un flusso di lavoro regolare.
• Identificare e segnalare eventuali problemi, discrepanze o ritardi in cantiere e contribuire alla loro rapida risoluzione.
• Mantenere buone pratiche di ordine e pulizia, assicurando che l’area di lavoro sia sempre pulita e organizzata.
Requisiti:
• Esperienza comprovata come Tecnico HVAC
• Conoscenza dei sistemi HVAC e dei cicli frigoriferi
• Capacità di leggere disegni tecnici, manuali e di effettuare computi dei materiali
• Familiarità con strumenti diagnostici (preferibile)
• Certificazione HVAC (preferibile)
• Idoneità fisica a lavorare in condizioni variabili
• Ottime capacità di risoluzione dei problemi
• Lingua: inglese o italiano
• Patente di guida valida
Condizioni di lavoro:
• Attività in centrali tecniche, cantieri e ambienti sotterranei
• Possibile lavoro su turni, straordinari e interventi di emergenza

We are looking for an HVAC Technician,
responsible for the installation and testing of GI ductwork and refrigerant piping systems. This includes the installation of HVAC equipment and related accessories, including but not limited to volume control dampers (VCDs), motorized fire dampers, grilles, diffusers, and flexible ducts. All work is carried out in accordance with applicable SMACNA standards, project specifications, and local regulations. Ensures high-quality workmanship and full compliance with established standards and safety requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Engineer/Supervisor prior to commencing installation works and ensure that all drawings and documents are current and approved.
- Verify required materials, check available stock, and inform the Engineer/Supervisor in advance of any shortages or procurement needs.
- Ensure all materials delivered to site meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Carry out the installation of HVAC systems, including equipment such as Fan Coil Units (FCUs), exhaust fans (EF), and heating coils (HC), as well as ductwork and related accessories, while minimizing material wastage.
- Perform pressure testing, inspection, and commissioning of installed systems to ensure proper operation.
- Provide daily progress report updates to the Engineer/Supervisor.
- Coordinate effectively with other trades on site to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify and report any site issues, discrepancies, or delays, and assist in resolving them promptly.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices and ensure the work area is clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration cycles
- Ability to read technical drawings, manual and material quantification
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools (preferred)
- HVAC certification (preferred)
- Physical ability to work in varied conditions
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Language: English or Italian
- Valid driver’s license
Working conditions:
- Work in plant rooms, construction sites, and underground environments
- Shift work, overtime, and emergency call-outs may be required
