CENTRALE MAZZONI

The real estate complex called “Centrale Mazzoni” to the memory of its designer, the rationalist architect of the 1930s Angiolo Mazzoni, has been transformed into a modern residential building of great value with forty high-performance flats with Energy Efficiency Rating A.

The building structure, which is made of steel and wood with visible beams on the ceiling, the floor made with marble/glass concrete mixture plates and wood blocks, and the walls of bathrooms covered with glass mosaic, and including showers with “Turkish bath” functions, contribute to giving back quality to an important historic building.

The architectural design has been delegated to Fon e Arch. Scodellari from Venice; structural calculations by Eng. Forcellini from Venice/Treviso; plant-engineering projects TIFS Ingegneria from Padua.
