“AUCHAN” MALL – RESTYLING AND EXPANSION PROJECT

The Scope of Works includes all the works needed for the whole restyling and expansion project of the “Auchan” Mall located in Taranto, Contrada Cimino.

The project is mainly divided into the following phases:

- A restyling phase of the current building consisting in the requalification of internal areas, such as the two longitudinal galleries and the three diagonal galleries, including the middle one dedicated to the food court. The operation includes factual, lighting, and commercial improvement though keeping the current layout and covers an area of 3,900 sqmt.

- An expansion phase consisting in the construction of new commercial areas nearby the existing ones. These will be pre-fabricated with pile foundation, internal and external finishings as well as MEP systems. All of the above will be developed on a single floor, thereby allowing the expansion of the main commercial gallery and the creation of a new food court, covering and area of 7.600 sqmt.

- External settlements, including access ways and parking, as well as green areas and MEP systems areas, covering a total surface of 13.000 sqmt.

The project’s goal is to give a new, more attractive and more modern image to the mall, and at the same time to expand the mall in its food and recreational areas.
