Civil Works

The Project involves Design, Construction, Completion and Maintaining of the Al Udeid Air Base Strategic Military Facilities Contract (Z-105-27) in Doha, State of Qatar. The major works included the construction of Buildings and Facilities for Military use with a total Build-up area of approx. 93,000 m2 which includes various types of construction.

Moreover a New Runway and Associated Works Contract. In particular, Works have included the following: a second Runway and supporting Taxiways, Linkways, associated Infrastructure and Airfield Support Services such as the Airfield lighting, Visual Aids, two new Electrical Sub-Stations and RVR system. Where required, the new Airfield Support Systems are integrated with the existing Systems. Furthermore, the works include the widening of the existing live Runway and Linkways to accommodate the lending and taking off of Category-F Aircraft. The New Aeronautical Pavement Quality Concrete Apron Facilities are located in the Aircrafts Operational areas (3000 and 9000) and support the Air lift Wing & Joint Helicopter Wing of QEAF Missions.

The QEAF have requested as well to design and construct a Simulator Complex Building in area 7000.
