CIVIL WORKS OF THE NEW PLANT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MILK WITH ANNEX OFFICES

Construction of a plant used as New Milk Central Unit in Vicenza, located in the "East Quadrant" area in Vicenza of 10,000 covered square meters with an adjacent office building on two floors of 1,600 sqm. The structures and part of the claddings of the plant façade have been realized with prefabricated elements resting on foundations made with vibrating driven piles, while the structures of the building have been realised in reinforced concrete. The interior partitions, false ceilings and interlinings of the plant are made of painted stainless steel sandwich panels, while all of the flooring and wall base is made of tiles in Klinker. Special attention has been devoted to the development of the plant, given the peculiar activity of the plant itself. It was involved, since the definitions of the contractual specifications, the plants office of Maltauro that has constantly monitored also the  executive phases in full compliance with the requirements requested by the customer, everything always in accordance with quality procedures complying with ISO 9001 standard.
