WORKS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ALIMENTARY DISTRIBUTION CENTER IN LOC. SANTA PALOMBA (ROME)

The project, commissioned by Fincedi Lazio Spa on behalf of the group SISA that operates in the distribution sector, provides the construction of a building used as Alimentary Distribution Center. The total covered surface is 18.547 sq.mt. divided as follows:  14.356 sq.mt. used for the storage and warehouse, 2.743 sq.mt. dedicated to a reception and delivery area, 777 sq.mt. used as offices and 671 sq.mt. as technical room area. There is also a green surface of 4.200 sq.mt. and an area dedicated to parking and viability of 19.467 sq.mt..
