t1 and tp5 macro areas - executive design and construction of logistic hubs

This is a framework contract for various buildings within the T1 and TP5 macro areas in Piacenza for the executive design and construction, in the form of a lump-sum and "turnkey" contract, of a new logistic settlement of several buildings / lots (ie Lot TP-5 and Lot Base) and, at the sole discretion of the Client as provided below, of any optional lots (ie Lot T1-Optional) in the areas called “Macroarea TP-5” and “Macroarea T1” located in Piacenza. All buildings will have a BREEAM Very Good certification

Overall Gross Covered Area:

52,801 m2 (Buildings E1, C1 and C2) + 4,800 m2 (Mezzanines)

83,550 m2 (Buildings C3, C4, C5, C6 and C7) + 23,876 m2 (Mezzanines)

Completed buildings up to now:

Building  E1 : completed – 4.8 M €

Buildings C1 and C2: substantially completed, final handover June 2022 – 22.9 M €
