“Porta Nuova Bonnet” Project – Construction as a General Contractor of a new Building Complex made up of 2 buildings (A and C). To sum up, works include: upgrade and Renovation of Building “A” (16,500 sm GBA) – end use: offices, new Building “C” construction (4,500 sm GBA) with end use : commercial and offices and construction of three undergound floors for parking (7,500 sm GBA), high-performance MEP system sto reach high sustainable levels, external works and urban furniture, LEED, WELL and C2C certifications.
