Logistic building constructionin Carpi (Mo)

The works include the redevelopment of a former "combustion turbine" plant in Carpi (Modena). The existing structure will be demolished to allow for the construction of a logistic hub for the management of materials within the ENEL (main italian electrical energy provider) production cycle. The building will cover an area of approx. 50,000 square meters. The construction includes: 1 industrial building (pre-fabricated structure, 20,000 square meters footprint), external storage aprons (17,000 square meters), internal roads (13,000 square emters), and related systems ( waste water, electrical network, firefighting system, etc.)
