REALIZATION OF CIVIL WORKS, FINISHING AND TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS OF A HOTEL IN CASTELNUOVO DEL GARDA (VR)

The hotel consists of 4 buildings (A, B, C, D) arranged as a courtyard and connected by covered walkways. In the courtyard, gardens, walking paths, a fountain and a kiosk bar were built. Building "A", with rectangular plan and with four floors including an underground floor with a volume of about 28,600 cubic meters, to be used as utility rooms, dining rooms, meeting rooms, kitchens, halls, offices, rooms for technological systems. Buildings B-C-D, with a total volume of 38,600 cubic meters over two floors, are intended to accommodate rooms that are serviced by a central corridor, an attic used as a technical room and only for the building D it was obtained an underground floor to be used as a garage.
