FUNCTIONAL RECOVERY OF FORMER FILANDA PELLESSERI - ALBA (CN) RESEARCH CENTER FERRERO S.P.A.

The building used as offices of the research center of Ferrero SpA, for an area of approximately 10,000 square meters and total volume of 49,000 cubic meters, includes the construction of an underground parking and a conference hall with 400 seats. The project required the construction of bulkheads in micropiles and subfoundation of part of the existing building, strengthening interventions and integration of facilities through grout and injections, complete reconstruction of the wooden roof and related covering with tiles. All the finishing works were also made, all centralized technological systems, the external work for the creation of parkings and green area.
