HEALTH CARE RESIDENCE

Construction of a building used as residential care homes for the elderly. The project involves the construction of a nursing home with 120 beds with attached one day care center for 30 external users, for frail elderly people, including technological installations and interior and exterior finishing, plus multi-year maintenance service of technical systems of the structure. The project also involves the construction of a residential building (including equipment and fittings) made of No. 12 housing for self-sufficient elderly and the construction of the square in the center of the existing urbanization, including facilities, green works and paving.
