SHOPPING CENTRE “LE COTONIERE”

The new shopping centre will be built in the municipality of Salerno along the Irno River Valley in an area of urban renewal already occupied since the beginning of the ' 900 by MCM industrial complex (Southern Cotton Manufacturers) from which the name of the shopping center. The project involves the construction of a series of works that are essentially aimed at transforming the existing industrial volume in new commercial retail functions and neighbourhood shops, serving of which will be made of land in sufficient number parking. The development project includes the Mall developed on three levels for an area of 40,000 square meters, consisting of shopping arcade, hypermarket, medium surfaces, neighbourhood shops, services and technical rooms, shopping and finishing of surfaces will be of competence of the various users; adjacent and to service the mall there will be a multi-story garage to a gross area of 48,000 square meters.
