Construction of Limassol Delmar high rise residential development in Limassol

The Limassol Delmar High Rise Development is a residential and retail project, consisting of one basement allocated for parking and technical rooms, ground floor for retail at the south entrance, lobbies to three residential Blocks (A,B,C) at the north entrance, first floor mezzanine, second floor allocated for MEP. On the third floor are gym, pool, and spa facilities and apartments. Blocks A consists of 9 residential floors from level 4 to 12 and an upper floor on level 13. Block B includes 14 residential floors until level 17 then a garden on roof level 18 and an upper floor on level 19. The highest is Block C that encompasses 23 residential floors, a roof garden on level 27 and an upper floor on level 28.
The project will be built on a large plot of 34,000 sqm, stretched across 170 meters of sea frontage.
