REHABILITATION WORKS FOR HANGARS N. 1, 2 AND 3 OF AVIANO AIRPORT

The project consists in the rehabilitation of three buildings with load-bearing structure in steelworks built during the years ’36-38s; the common intervention for the three buildings is the removal and replacement of the covering panels and perimeter sheets with sandwich type panels; sandblasting and cleaning of steelworks structure, fully exposed and the treatment of the same with intumescent paints REI 90 for pillars and REI 60 for the cover. Besides the realization of the new distribution of electrical, telephone, IT, plumbing, conditioning,  plants it wa made the realization of the fire sprinkler system (dry extinguishing media in the hangar and humid media in the office area) and high expansion foam media in the hangar.Realization of the new distribution network for the sprinkler water with  operation in the pumping station and the new cable ducts serving the three buildings. In hangar 2 and 3 it is provided the total rehabilitation of the office area, the floors, the walls, the ceilings, etc. (Backshop areas); in hangar 3, demolition of an existing building and the reconstruction of about 1,000 sq.mt. developed in two floors for new offices.
