METROPOLITANA DI NAPOLI, LINE 6 – “STAZIONE CHIAIA” AND CONNECTED WORKS

The functional stretch "Stazione Chiaia" belongs to the metro line that connects Municipio and Mergellina.

The contract includes the construction of:

• Chiaia Station (40 m vertical development), square station shaft with 30m side, built using bottom-up method;
• Tunnels extension and enlargement;
• Ventilation Rooms construction.

The architectural design is entrusted to Arch. Umberto Siola, whereas the artistic design is entrusted to the film maker Peter Greenaway.
